Ok I promise this is my last shot of bin men! We went to church on Sunday and got there in time for our local rubbish collection. In Tultitlan these guys are everywhere as there isn't really an official service - just a bunch of guys on carts collecting rubbish. I've been told this is how it was done in the old days - but if anyone can confirm this - as we are too young to remember ha ha!
